AI Usage & Generated Content Policy

Outbox Origin (Arknuo Ventures Private Limited) uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our work. This policy explains how and where AI is used, and the safeguards we apply.

1. Where We Use AI

• Drafting and ideation support for content, copy, and creative concepts.
• Research, summarisation, and data analysis to inform strategy.
• Operational tooling within Scheduler and Social Planner, such as scheduling suggestions.

2. Human Review

AI-assisted output is reviewed, edited, and approved by our team before publication or delivery to clients. AI tools support our work — they do not replace human judgement, strategy, or accountability for final deliverables.

3. Client Content and Confidentiality

Where AI tools are used on client projects, we take reasonable steps to ensure client data shared with third-party AI providers is handled in line with our confidentiality obligations and this website's Privacy Policy. Clients with specific requirements around AI use on their account may raise this in their service agreement.

4. Ownership of AI-Assisted Work

Ownership of AI-assisted deliverables follows the same terms as any other deliverable, as set out in the applicable service agreement and our Intellectual Property Policy.

5. Limitations

AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate or require correction. We do not warrant that AI-assisted output is free of error, and final responsibility for accuracy rests with our human review process.
