Purchase & Subscription Terms

These Purchase & Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a product, subscribe to a tool, or engage Outbox Origin (Arknuo Ventures Private Limited) for services.
1. Pricing
Prices for our tools and merchandise are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change. Agency service pricing is set out in individual proposals or agreements. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions to Scheduler and Social Planner renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payment through the methods made available at checkout or as agreed in your service contract. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to the relevant tool or service until payment is resolved.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase, except taxes on our net income.
